Tuna, Artichoke, and Noodle Casserole

I know, I know. It’s tuna casserole. Be nice, now. What casserole can claim to have been the object of ridicule more than “tuna” casserole? Not a one. Still, this tuna casserole recipe sounds interesting, and I’m going to try it. It’s very different from the recipe I’ve been using for over forty years, and it has artichokes in it.
